SNX Nails (“we”, “us”) sells nail supplies from our Ahmedabad stores and from https://snxnails.com and the SNX Nails mobile app.
What we collect
- Name, phone, email, billing and shipping address when you create an account or place an order
- Order history and payment status
- Device and app data such as app version and crash logs
- Cookies and similar data on the website for login, cart, and analytics
We do not store full card numbers. Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay.
How we use it
- To take and deliver orders
- To show your cart, account, and order status in the website and app
- To send order updates on email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- To improve the shop and the app
- To meet tax and legal records in India
Who we share it with
Only what is needed to run the shop:
- Razorpay (payments)
- Hostinger / WordPress / WooCommerce (hosting the site)
- AppMySite (the Android and iOS app wrapper)
- Courier partners (shipping)
- WhatsApp / phone, if you contact us that way
We do not sell your data.
App permissions
The app may use internet access to load products and place orders. Camera or files are used only if you upload an image yourself. Notifications are optional.
Retention
Order and invoice data is kept as required under Indian tax law. Account data stays until you ask us to delete it, except records we must keep.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Write to us using the contacts below. Some order records cannot be erased because of tax rules.
Children
The shop is for adult buyers and salon professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Payment data is handled by Razorpay. No method is perfect; do not send card numbers on WhatsApp.
