We ship from Ahmedabad across India.
How the shipping method is chosen
- If your PIN code is on the Shree Tirupati Courier Gujarat list: Tirupati courier at Rs 50 per kg.
- If your PIN code is on the Shree Tirupati Courier rest-of-India list: Tirupati courier at Rs 100 per kg.
- All other PIN codes: shipped through Shiprocket. At checkout you will see the available couriers with their price and estimated delivery date, and you choose one.
Enter your PIN code at checkout. Only the options that match your PIN are shown. If no option appears, we cannot ship to that PIN.
Timing
- Dispatch: after payment we check your items and message you on WhatsApp. Orders with everything in stock are dispatched as soon as they are packed. If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will tell you before dispatch, and you can wait, remove that item, or get a refund through Razorpay.
- Tirupati courier: usually 2-6 working days after dispatch.
- Shiprocket couriers: each option at checkout shows its own estimated delivery date.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, strikes and weather can cause delays.
Weight
Shipping is billed on product weight, using the combined weight of your cart. We may hold an order if the shipping paid is far below the actual packed weight, and we will message you before dispatch.
