SNX Nails sells nail supplies from stores in Ahmedabad and on snxnails.com.

Orders and prices
All prices on the website are in Indian rupees. An order is confirmed when payment is received. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown by mistake, and in that case we will refund any payment made.

Payment
Orders on the website are paid online through Razorpay. We do not take payment on WhatsApp for website orders.

Shipping
Shipping charges, methods and estimated timings are explained on our Shipping page.

Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are explained on our Refunds page. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, or for change of mind.

Product use and safety
Nail products must be used as directed by the manufacturer. Patch test new products where advised, work in a ventilated room, keep products away from children, and stop use and see a doctor if you have a skin reaction. Information given on the website or by our AI assistant is for general guidance only.
